DIALYSIS UNIT
The initial project was to establish a dialysis unit in EMS Hospital for providing free and subsidized treatment for the poor and needy who require continuous dialysis for sustaining their life.
Dialysis unit started on Oct 20, 2004 with 5 dialysis machines
At present the unit has 20 machines and on an average 45 dialysis is done per day.
Caters to nearly 170 patients who require continuous dialysis.
Apart from this acute cases of dialysis are also done for the hospital patients

HEART FOUNDATION
The project was launched on 6th October 2008 as part of 10th anniversary of EMS Hospital by the TRUST.
Inaugurated by Sri.PinarayiVijayan, the project envisaged to do free heart surgeries for the poor and needy during the year 2009.
Advertisement was given inviting applications. Out of the 89 applications committee chose 65 patients for whom free Heart surgeries were carried out in that year.

MOBILE ICU AMBULANCE SERVICE
TRUST could initiate a Mobile ICU Ambulance service for the common public at subsidized rates.
Ambulance was procured with the help of MPLADS fund of Sri. K N Balagopalan, Hon MP of Rajyasabha.
The staff for the vehicle is being arranged by the Trust from the hospital for which payment is being given

Under section 80 G of IT Act and as per order No. C No. Tech.31/80G ( R ) 6/CIT/CLT/2008 -2009 dated 12.01.2009.
The donations can be made in lump sum for a particular purpose or as subscription for a specific period - regularly.
